Terms of service
Last updated 24 September 2026
These terms apply when you use digura — digura.rw and every store that runs on it. By creating an account or buying through digura you agree to them.
What digura is
digura is a platform for selling digital titles — PDFs, audio and video. We work with content partners — creators and publishers — who supply the titles, and we share the royalties from every sale with them. digura takes the payment and delivers the content.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Tell us quickly if you think someone else is using yours.
Buying
- Prices are shown in Rwandan francs (RWF) before you pay. Payment is by Mobile Money or another method shown at checkout.
- When your payment is confirmed you get personal access to the title. It is for your own use: do not copy, share, resell or publish it.
- If your payment was taken but the title was not delivered, we will deliver it or refund you. Because titles are delivered instantly, other refunds are at our discretion — contact support.
Content partners
- You must own or have the rights to everything you supply. You remain the owner of your content and give digura permission to store, display, sell and deliver it to buyers.
- You earn a royalty share of each sale, as set out in your agreement and shown in your dashboard. Royalties are paid out as described there.
- Do not sell content that is illegal in Rwanda, infringes someone else's rights, or is misleading. We may remove such content and suspend accounts.
Acceptable use
Don't try to break, overload or get around digura's security or payments, access other people's accounts or content, or use digura for fraud.
Suspension
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can stop using digura and ask us to close your account at any time.
Liability
We work to keep digura running and your purchases available, but the service is provided as it is. Publishers are responsible for their own content. To the extent the law allows, digura is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and for important changes we'll tell you before they apply.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda, and disputes go to the courts of Rwanda.
